With over 15 years of experience in the Sydney metropolitan areas, Ricky has built a career in residential design and drafting where he's made positive contributed to a number of Sydney’s largest and most successful home builders.
Ricky started his career with Rawson Homes as a design draftsman under Rawson by Design division, focusing on custom designed homes within the Sydney Metropolitan areas.
He later aligned himself with Ichijo Homes, a Japanese multi-national builder which was well ahead of the Australian market at the time and focused heavily on sustainability and energy efficient 7 Star homes.
Ricky took his career further with Clarendon Homes as a senior draftsman and then later as a designer, where he contributed to many award-winning family homes.
He finished his corporate career as a group drafting manager for Zac Homes and Australian House & Land before establishing R.Koncept Building Design & Drafting.
Ricky also collaborated on many luxury residential projects with architects, where he utilised his compliance knowledge and construction understanding to help turn numerous conceptual ideas into reality.
Throughout the years within the design and building industry, Ricky developed a strong understanding in both contemporary and luxury residential designs, documentation techniques, engineering solutions as well as various construction methodologies.
Ricky's goal is to offer the skills and knowledge acquired in the building industry and add value for his clients by making the approval process simpler, and to create their dream home through quality building design.
